She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), qualified in Applied Emotional Intelligence Coaching, a lay member of the Employment Tribunals and accredited Investor in People Assessor and Adviser. As an experienced coach and management developer; business, executive and personal development coach; yoga practitioner and teacher, Rosemary assists organisations to manage change and achieve goals through their people.

Lynwen is a highly experienced HR professional with over 18 years experience working in a senior capacity within HR with companies such as GEC plc, Trafalgar House and Debenhams plc.
Lynwen has considerable experience with a broad range of clients ranging from large, multi-national commercial organisations through to "not for profit" and SME organisations in the public and private sectors.
Lynwen is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with particular expertise in Employee Relations, Employment Law and Management Development. David Plowman Chartered MCIPD
David has over 18 years senior management experience in the field of Corporate Communications and Shareholders Services. He has worked with companies such as BG, Marks and Spencer and Astra Zeneca.
David is a CIPD qualified HR professional; an accredited Belbin consultant specialising in Team Building and individual skills analysis, and is a qualified Life Coach.
David’s particular expertise lies in the areas of Logistical Planning and Procedural Management. His focus and experience comes through instigating change that has led to improved profitability, quality of service and staff retention. He has considerable experience helping companies implement Quality Management.
Martyn Prior

Martyn is an experienced business and organisation consultant, executive coach and group facilitator, working in the private and public sectors.

He has worked with a broad range of clients from SME’s to multi-nationals and large public sector organisations. Industry/sector experience includes local government, defence, telecoms, finance, and retail. His organisational lifecycle and change experience covers start-up, relocation, merger & acquisition, consolidation, outsourcing and shared services.
He also has experience of public private partnership working, PFI and joint ventures, acting as independent facilitator and coach to joint partnership boards and senior management teams.
Martyn has been a management consultant since 1996 and a senior level coach and group facilitator since 1999. During a career in the private sector he held various management positions including director of customer services and HR director.
He is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, has a Masters degree in Personnel Management and is accredited as an executive coach by Ashridge Business School.

Jo Heigho Chartered FCIPD
After extensive commercial HR experience, latterly with the Schroders and Tate & Lyle Groups, Jo became an Investors in People practitioner in the early 1990s, advising and assessing organisations of a variety of sizes and sectors. This focus on improving organisational performance has been extended by use of the EFQM Excellence Model and Benchmarking Index with clients. This expertise is supported by her extensive experience in HR and the design and delivery of management development programmes.
Robin Hogg

After extensive experience in operational Human Resources for Sainsbury's and Robson Rhodes, Robin built on his business skills as a Director of a large consultancy.
A successful management development trainer he has been involved as an Assessor and Adviser for Investors in People since its inception in the early 1990's. He has assisted numerous clients of all sectors and sizes to gain the benefit of the quality standard and improve working practices and the bottom-line.
Robin contributes to the community as a Director of a charity and a Cub Scout Leader.
